My expertise as an LCSW comes from helping individuals navigate changes in their lives, work through traumatic events, and cope with the difficulties of day-to-day life. I'm experienced in working with young children, teens, adults, and families. I adjust my approach to the individual needs of each client.

Through empathy, honesty, and a collaborative approach, I strive to make each session a safe space where my clients have the opportunity to feel heard and cultivate hope. Clients of all walks of life, religion, spirituality, sexual preference, and identity are welcome. 

I approach neurodiversity as a natural and valuable form of human diversity and welcome the opportunity to work with neurodiverse clients and families. 

Family counseling focuses on increasing the quality of relationships between family members. I often work with parents and children together in order to re-establish balance within the relationship, this includes adult children and parents as well.
